MARMAK.net.pl, being the operator of the services, can be referred to in this document as ‘We’, the ‘Operator’ or ‘Us’.

The following policies apply to all of our services (“Services”), unless stated otherwise, except “Other Services”.

Please carefully read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, this “Document”) before providing data to any of our Services. We hold the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

By providing data to any of our Services. you are agreeing to this Document, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility and Limitations

Users are responsible for:

• any criminal and civil penalties issued by law enforcement agencies in connection with their use of our Services, subject to applicable laws in their jurisdiction,
• any damage done to their property that may have occured as a result of performing unintended operations using our Services,
• any private and or confidential information uploaded and stored on MARMAK Mirror, LinkShortener and MARMAK’s Gitea instance.

Content guidelines

We do not condone the following types of content hosted using our Services:

• any content that is classified, confidential or may affect someone directly related with the user uploading the content (“Uploader”),
• any content that is illegal in the European Union,
• any content that violates copyright laws anywhere around the globe¹,
• any content that is meant purely for people over the age of 18 (eighteen), in other words, that shows nudity, gore or any other acts of violence.

Data resilience

User data is backed up using industry-standard methods and may be accessed in case of a server failure and or unintended data deletion by our staff or an external party.

We can access backups no older than 3 (three) months at any given date. If you would like to be excluded from such backups², please contact us with the reason for such a request.

External services

To improve the quality and reliability of MARMAK Mirror (the “Site”), we have partnerred with Bubbleam.pl (“Them”) to use Their infrastructure for this Site. The files on the Site are stored securely on Their servers, and we are auditing Their infrastructure for potential vulnerabilities, as well as patching them if any are found.

All Account information is accessed from Their infrastructure using an OpenSSH Tunnel, which provides an encrypted point-to-point communications channel, and never stored outside of MARMAK’s own infrastructure.

Termination

You may terminate these policies at any time by discontinuing the use of our Services and erasing any contents obtained from them, excluding software licensed under any free software license, as well as removing your MARMAK Account and associated data.

Final provisions

If we make major modifications to this Document, we will notify you by any means and allow you to review them.
