Folder sharing on the Mirror is now available!
We are pleased to announce that we have released a new and improved system for sharing files on MARMAK Mirror. This new feature allows for the sharing of directories, as well as improving users’ privacy by not showing the full path to shared files. The paths are still accessible to MARMAK in cases of abusive files. For the moment, the API interface does not support shared folders, so features relying on it, such as the audio player, may not work properly.

We would like to announce officially that work has begun on a new service – MARMAK Cinema! Due to the ever growing library of videos available on MARMAK Mirror we have decided on a solution. The new service will allow users to enjoy selected videos from the Mirror as well as their own videos in their private folders with the option to add videos shared by other users. The service is planned to launch in Q1 2027.

We’d like to announce that MARMAK has been bought out by Microsoft Corporation for an undisclosed amount. This in turn leads to expansion of our evergrowing portfolio of services while maintaining the non-pressured workplace for those working for MARMAK.

Mirror file sharing is here!
I want to announce that a long awaited feature has finally released for all users - sharing private files on the Mirror!
You can now upload any of your files, up to 500MB each, with a free MARMAK Account and share them with the world. Any generated share link will also be automatically shortened with Olek47’s LinkShortener, available at short.marmak.net.pl.

We’d like to announce that some of our services have become inaccessible in several parts of the world. The services include our Git instance and MARMAK Mirror (staging), among others. The regions affected are, most notably, the Russian Federation, Belarus, India, Mexico and China. This is due to large amount of abuse coming from abovementioned reasons, thus we have blocked access.
We are also enforcing a robot check on several of our subdomains. If you live in regions affected by the check and would like to push changes to our Git instance, please contact our system administrator at admin [at] marmak [dot] net [dot] pl.
