MARMAK.net.pl, being the operator of the services, can be referred to in this document as ‘We’, the ‘Operator’ or ‘Us’.

The following policies apply to all of our services (“Services”), unless stated otherwise, except “Other Services”.

Please carefully read this Privacy Policy (“Document”, these “Terms”) before providing data to any of our Services. We hold the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.

By providing data to any of our Services. you are agreeing to this Document, as well as our Terms of Use.

Responsibility and Limitations

Users are responsible for:

• any criminal and civil penalties issued by law enforcement agencies in connection with their use of our Services, subject to applicable laws in their jurisdiction,
• any damage done to their property that may have occured as a result of performing unintended operations using our Services,
• any private and or confidential information uploaded and stored on MARMAK Mirror, LinkShortener and MARMAK’s Gitea instance.

Data collection

We value our users’ privacy. Our Services collect only the necesary information for their intended purpouse, which includes, but is not limited to:

• IP Addresses that make requests to our Services. Requests are made when accessing any of our Services, excluding the MARMAK Homepage¹,
• Browser User-Agent information, provided by your browser when accessing any of our Services,
• Device model information, if sent by the abovementioned User-Agent header.

When using a MARMAK Account in conjunction with our Services, on top of the abovementioned data, we store:

• All data provided in the registration form:
  • A unique username used for logging in,
  • The user’s electronic mail (E-Mail) address,
  • The user’s password².
• Registration dates for accounts created after the 21st of September, 2025,
• Date and time of login, IP address of login and service which the user used to log in with their Account,
• MARMAK Mirror preferences, if synced using the option on the “Settings” page.

We do not collect any analytics outside of the scope of this data. We do not provide this data to any third-parties by any means.

Your Account Information is stored on our servers located within the European Union. We take security seriously and we use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your personal data is stored securely on our servers. We will store your account information for as long as you use our Services. To delete your account, as well as any data associated, you can delete your account, by using the “Delete account” option present on the Account page when logged in.

If you can’t access your account, please contact us. We will verify ownership of the account, and if successful, your data will be removed.

External services

To improve the quality and reliability of MARMAK Mirror (the “Site”), we have partnerred with Bubbleam.pl (“Them”) to use Their infrastructure for this Site. The files on the Site are stored securely on Their servers, and we are auditing Their infrastructure for potential vulnerabilities, as well as patching them if any are found.

All Account information is accessed from Their infrastructure using an OpenSSH Tunnel, which provides an encrypted point-to-point communications channel, and never stored outside of MARMAK’s own infrastructure.

Termination

You may terminate these policies at any time by discontinuing the use of our Services and erasing any contents obtained from them, excluding software licensed under any free software license, as well as removing your MARMAK Account and associated data.
